I was little late in getting my New Year book. It arrived today. As I mentioned in a previous post I usually treat myself to a book that I have to work through. The book I usually choose every year has to really catch my eye. This is my choice for 2008.

Strawberries from the garden, lovingly poured natural yoghurt over the top and then followed by some chocolate. Lovely!
Dinner was nice too. Quorn chicken pieces, bell peppers, shatiki mushrooms skewered, draped with a home-made sweet ‘n’ sour sauce, a mixed salad from the allotment and organic brown rice. For dessert: homemade shortbread with choc chips.
